how it works
During your complimentary Zoom consultation, we’ll answer any initial questions you have and gather more intel on your travel personality, the “why” behind your break, and more. If you’re local to the DC area, we can connect over in-person coffee—or champagne!
If you decide Champagne Travel is the right fit for you, we’ll send over our Design Fee and get started. We’ll work with our vetted travel partners to develop your custom itinerary and then share the proposal with you for feedback.
After we incorporate any requested changes, you can leave the rest in our hands. We’ll book everything in your itinerary for you, including hotels, transfers, tours, and more. We’ll also work with our partner properties to get you upgrades & amenities whenever possible.

Leading up to your departure, we’ll touch base with you to make sure you feel fully prepared. Expect our best insider “can’t miss” tips, packing lists, and more. You’ll also receive your itinerary and travel documents in one easy access mobile app.
Once you jet off, you’re still in good hands. You’ll be armed with the contact information for our in-destination travel partners—reach out to them, or us, if you need any assistance. Otherwise, you’re in for a restful reset. Cheers to that!
